I made potato balls...yeah those fun to make ones where you roll them in egg and they stick like mad!!To start off, I boiled the potatoes...left the fire on...quite big...left the lid on...EH!!I FORGOT THE THING WILL BUBBLE!!OH MAN....big bombing by mahji!!Chis...while cutting the onions..I sliced off a thin layer of my nail...which feels awkward!
Mashing the potatoes were easy then rolling them...they stick on your hands and eventually your hands get a bit numb cause there's a layer of potatoes on your palms!and you roll them in flour...
OH CHIS!!I FRIED LIKE 3...AND WONDERED WHY THE THING WON'T GO BROWN...AND THERE ARE BITS OF POTATOES IN THE OIL...
PIETS!!!I FORGOT TO COAT IT WITH EGG!!!CHIS!!!Then I put egg over it..it was ...THE PRETTIEST POTATOES IN THE WORLD!LOL!
And then Mahji called Ahti, she has moved into her new place, WHICH IS TOTALLY FABULOUS THAT SHE HAS A PLACE NOW...I was frying the potatoes half way...had to stop..we talked, I have got to go to town!!!
